The tramp has a mustache, a bowler hat, Shoes with the top curved up, a cane and a black suit.
He is caring,helpful,fun, and never gives up.

2.Explain the plot of the story
The story is about a man working in a factory who gets over worked,goes crazy and destroyed the
factory, then he got out of the sanitarium and went the the street were he got arrested because he 
was mistaken for the leader of a communist group and went to jail were he stopped a jail break.
then he got out of of jail and figured that since things were so bad he should try to get back into jail were food was free and you didn't have to work  butt he fail and during that time he met a woman who was wanted by the law and he decided to marry so they tryd to get a job butt he got fired and then they got a job at a restaurant butt the law caught up with them
